Join me for a deep dive, connecting to your inner self in a completely different way to uncover buried treasures, release emotions and trauma and access wondrous and blissful states of being. I believe that the guru lies within us all and breathwork is a gateway to insight, empowering personal growth and transformation.​ This breathwork session is a powerful tool for going deep within. Through conscious breathing techniques, we can process and release emotions, access realisations and cultivate the holding of a more centered and open state. The breathwork in this session includes various techniques including nose breathing and mouth breathing to influence mental, emotional, and physical states. The carefully selected music accompanying the session further guides and drives the experience, facilitating a profound journey inward to connect to your core. Previous breathwork experience is advantageous but not required. The most important thing to bring is an open mind and a willingness to embrace any emotions or realizations that may arise. What does the session include? Introduction: Overview of breathing techniques and a brief check-in.​ Intention Setting & Connect to Self: Guided practice to help you set your intention for the breathwork followed by guided practice to land and connect more deeply with yourself. Breathwork Practice: Guided breathing techniques, including nose breathing, mouth breathing, and breath holds on full and empty lungs.​ Check-Out and Wrap-Up: Optional check-out to share experiences and reflections followed by a brief wrap-up. What are the benefits? Engaging in regular breathwork sessions offers numerous benefits, including:​ Reduces Stress and Anxiety Improves Mental Health Enhances Emotional Well-being Boosts Creativity What You Need to Know You are welcome to arrive from 12:45 to relax with a cup of tea, chat and connect. The class will start at 1pm. Please bring a mat, blanket and eye mask if possible. I have a few available but if possible please bring your own. If you have any concerns, health issues or mobility issues, please get in touch beforehand to discuss whether the event is suitable for you or how we can accommodate you. It is especially important you get in touch first, if you are experiencing any of the following: cardiovascular issues, history of stroke, asthma, pregnancy, recent injury or operation.
