Refund Policy

Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Class Start Time: Participants who cancel their enrollment more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Class Start Time: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to account for the limited capacity of our classes and to ensure fairness to all participants.

Requests Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance: Participants wishing to reschedule their class must do so at least 24 hours before the original class start time. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability.
Requests Made Within 24 Hours of Class Start Time: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class start time will not be accommodated, and the participant will forfeit the class fee.

Participants who do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice (no-show) will forfeit the full class fee. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. While we strive to be understanding, granting exceptions to the refund policy will be at the sole discretion of the management.
